Terms & Conditions
- Each student/parent may reserve a maximum of two (2) seminar sessions.
- All reservations are subject to administrator review. A reservation is only considered successful upon receiving an official 'Confirmed' status.
- Hiraya Edu reserves the right to cancel duplicate reservations made under different accounts. Only the first valid reservation will be retained.
- Each registrant may bring a maximum of one (1) companion. Companion details must be provided during registration.

- Commitment Fee: To secure your reservation, a fully refundable deposit of IDR 20.000 per account is required. (This single deposit covers both the main registrant and one companion, if applicable). The deposit will be refunded in cash upon your attendance at the seminar.
- Punctuality: Attendees must arrive at the seminar room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session for check-in and seating. Latecomers may lose their reserved seats.
